"It’s been a long and laborious journey to discovering myself.  Being born into a rambunctious household as the youngest of four children, my super power part was “Go Forth Unnoticed!”   This served me well as a child!  However, as an adult it is very limiting.  After years of intense yoga practice, deep meditation and embodying Buddhist philosophy I still felt a bit invisible.  Through IFS I found a way to Self that the other practices had been building a foundation for.  IFS taught me the skills to bring it all together, to create a sense of welcoming wholeness, a sense of finally arriving.  I’m deeply grateful for Richard Schwartz and what he shares with the mental health community and far beyond. I look forward to meeting you and your parts.    - Anne
