Important Notices:

* Note, all private payments are due prior to or at time of service.  Due to the nature of a small private business, if there is an outstanding balance the client will be notified and future sessions may be canceled.  Please email Anne if a financial plan is needed.  I am happy to work with your circumstances.

* Cancelation and rescheduling policy: there is a $45 fee for any cancelation or rescheduling without a 24-hour notice.  There is a service fee of $7 for any cancelations that require a refund.  Each transaction has an attached service fee that WETS pays whether it is receiving or refunding payments.  Email for cancelations, rescheduling or clarification.
